Formerly Palm Beach Gym, The New Boca Raton Fitness Center was established in Delray Beach in 1979 (now located in Boca Raton), and has dedicated itself to serving the fitness goals of Palm Beach County Residents & Guests for 40+ years.

The New Boca Raton Fitness Center takes particular pride in its friendly neighborhood atmosphere, and looks forward to offering our professional programs to residents and guests of all ages and experience levels in the Delray Beach and Boca Raton community. Regardless of goals, experience, or age we focus our attention on the safety, and success of our members and guests.

We offer a large selection of Stretch Therapy, Cardiovascular Machines, Group Exercise Classes, Group CrossFit Classes, Strength Training Equipment, and Personal Training Programs.

The New Boca Raton Fitness Center is conveniently located at 7561 N. Federal Highway (Boca Valley Plaza on the corner of Federal Highway and Hidden Valley Boulevard) in Boca Raton, Florida.
